This website is operated by MR JUICE LTD, trading as JUICE.
2. Products
JUICE sells fresh juice cleanse products, including 1-Day and 3-Day cleanses.
Each cleanse contains six drinks intended to be consumed throughout the day:
RISE · PULSE · GLOW · VITAL · WAVE · REST
Product descriptions, ingredients, nutritional information and allergen information are provided on the relevant product page or product packaging.
We take reasonable care to ensure that product information is accurate and up to date. However, packaging and product information may occasionally change, so customers should always check the information provided with their order before consuming a product.
3. Ordering
Orders can be placed through our website.
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. Your order is subject to acceptance and product availability.
Once your order has been accepted, we will provide confirmation by email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a genuine reason to do so, including product availability, pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity.
4. Prices and payment
All prices displayed on our website are in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Any price change will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
Payment must be made at the time of ordering using the payment methods available on our website.
5. Delivery
We currently deliver to United Kingdom.
Delivery dates and times shown on the website are estimates unless specifically stated otherwise.
Because JUICE products are fresh and perishable, customers should ensure that someone is available to receive the order where required.
Once delivered, products should be refrigerated immediately and stored according to the instructions provided.
6. Perishable products and cancellations
Because our products are fresh and perishable, the usual statutory cancellation rights for distance purchases may not apply once an order has been prepared or dispatched.
If you need to cancel or amend an order, please contact us as soon as possible through our online form.
We will do our best to accommodate requests, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled or amended once preparation has begun.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights.
7. Damaged, incorrect or faulty products
We take care to ensure your order arrives in good condition.
If your order arrives damaged, contains incorrect products, or you believe a product is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible through our online contact form.
