All JUICE orders are delivered using Royal Mail Tracked 24 hours for a flat delivery fee of £4.99.

When will my JUICE be made?
Because our juices are fresh, we don't make them days in advance.
Orders placed before 12pm will be produced and prepared the same day.
Orders placed after 12pm will be produced and prepared on the next working day.
Orders are then shipped using Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked.
We're open 7 days a week, so orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays are processed as normal.
Please note that we are closed on UK bank holidays. Orders placed on a bank holiday will be processed on the next day that we're open.
Delivery times
Once your order has been prepared, it will be dispatched for delivery within our 24-hour delivery service.
While we work hard to ensure your JUICE arrives on time, delivery times can occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control. This can include severe weather, road disruption, courier delays, strikes, exceptionally busy periods and other unforeseen circumstances.
If there is a significant delay with your order, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
Returns & Refunds
Fresh products, no unnecessary returns
Because JUICE products are fresh and perishable, we do not accept returns or change-of-mind returns once an order has been placed.
Please make sure you have selected the correct cleanse and delivery details before completing your order.
Something not right?
If your JUICE arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or otherwise unsuitable, please contact us as soon as possible.
Send us your order number and, where possible, photographs of the products and packaging so that we can investigate the issue.
If your product is found to be faulty or there is an issue with your order, we will arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement or refund.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
